Trauma Informed Yoga
Trauma Informed Class Schedule
Trauma informed yoga offers gentle & accessible ways to connect with your breath and body, using a mixture of simple tools such as breath awareness and asana (yoga postures). Designed to be safe, and accessible for both beginners, or those with a current practise. Options, and modifications are offered for differing levels of experience, and anatomy. Trauma informed yoga offers practises to calm the nervous system, and reconnect with self. All are welcome.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga Class Schedule
Yin Yoga offers a chance to slow down, & open the body in different ways to our Yang asana practise. By slowing down, we create space to feel and process in a deep and meaningful way, bringing gentle mindfulness to our body and breath. Yin yoga has been found to strengthen the health of the body’s fascia (the connective tissue framework), as well as the tendons and ligaments. We can also improve the health of our joints and bones in our Yin practise, safely and slowly. All are welcome.
