Restorative Workshops

Move Breath Rest Workshops

Restorative monthly workshops offer us the chance to slow down, check in with ourselves and create space to feel and process in a deep and meaningful way. These workshops bring gentle mindfulness to our body and breath; through gentle movement, yin yoga and pranayama (breathwork).

Want to connect with other wonderful humans over great food and drinks, explore your yoga practise, and take a moment to breathe? Join one of our retreats, take a deep breath; to reset, rest and rejuvenate. Spending time together, we can let go of what no longer serves us, and find ways to re-enter our lives with a renewed sense of perspective, purpose and peace.

Want to delve deeper into your personal practise? Looking for someone to ask questions about the art of yoga teaching? Book in some one on one time dedicated to your unique needs. These session can occur onsite in Naarm (Melbourne), or online.

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured yoga practise linking breath, bandha (energy locks), and drishti (gaze point) with movement. It is made up of 6 series’, Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced A, B, C & D. I offer beginners guidance in implementing a personalised sādhanā (a methodical and disciplined self practise) which honours their body and needs.
